Something cozy

Do you already have something cozy in your closet? I certainly do! Thank you Cezar for keeping me cozy with this coat:

It looks quite cozy doesn't it ;)? It's so cozy that I don't want to take it off when I'm inside. A sign of addiction? Probably ;). What I love the most about this coat are the sleeves and the hood. Don't you just adore the faux fur on them? As you can see, the faux fur has several shades of brown, how beautiful. Cezar has the same coat with shades of grey (fifty? ;) ) but my closet is already overloaded with grey so I went for the other one. Concerning the shoes, I'm so happy that I finally found those perfect fringed ones. Mission accomplished thanks to Avance! Last but not least, my too cute to be true lookalike Céline bag and my beautiful shiny nails finish the outfit.

Het ziet er erg cozy uit vind je ook niet ;)? Dit vestje is zo gezellig om te dragen dat ik het zelf niet wil uitdoen als ik ergens binnen ben. Een symptoom van verslaving? Waarschijnlijk ;). Waar ik het meest verzot op ben zijn de mouwen en de kap die afgewerkt zijn met faux fur. Zoals je wel kan zien op de foto's heeft het bont verschillende schakeringen van bruin...toch wel prachtig! Cezar verkoopt diezelfde jas ook in grijze tinten (vijftig ;)?) maar aangezien er al een overload aan grijs is in mijn kleerkast, opteer ik toch voor deze. Wat betreft de schoenen, ben ik ongelofelijk blij dat ik eindelijk het perfecte paar met fringes heb gevonden. Mission accomplished dankzij Avance! Ten slotte, mijn too cute to be true lookalike Céline handtasje en mijn prachtige schitterende nagels zorgen voor de finishing touch. 

Fluff up your day

Today I want to put my new fluffy vest from Esprit in the spotlight. For those who have seen the movie Despicable me, the following sentence probably poped up in your head: It's so fluffy I'm gonna die! It's like I'm wearing a cozy blanket. Besides the fluffyness, I'm also a big fan of the colour. Even though it's a soft and light colour, it really catches the eye because it's a colour that you don't see that much in the autumn or the winter. That's why I love it! As to me, I think black is the best colour to combine it with (what doesn't fit with black?). Besides the fluffy vest, I want to show you my jewellery. This beautiful, delicate, classy ring comes from I.Ma.Gi.N Jewels. I discovered their shop in Ghent and I was immediately blown away. I don't exagerate when I say that I love their whole collection. They really have their own style so you can recognize their jewels right away. As to the material of the jewels, they are made of 925 sterling silver, natural stones and precious metals. I strongly advice you to check out their look book. Last but not least, my bracelet (bought at Guapa) is saying 'I love you like crazy' and with that beautiful sentence I'm going to say goodbye!

Vandaag wil ik graag mijn fluffy vest van Esprit in de schijnwerpers zetten. Voor degene die de film Despicable me heeft gezien, zal de volgende one-liner onmiddellijk bij je opgekomen zijn: It's so fluffy I'm gonna die! Het is net alsof ik een gezellig knus dekentje draag. Naast de fluffyness, ben ik ook een enorme fan van de kleur. Ook al is het een zacht en licht kleurtje, valt het onmiddellijk op aangezien je dit kleur niet vaak tegenkomt in het straatbeeld tijdens de herfst of de winter. That's why I love it! Persoonlijk vind ik dat zwart de beste kleur is om te combineren met deze vest (wat past er eigenlijk niet met zwart?). In deze blogpost wil ik ook aandacht besteden aan mijn juwelen. Deze mooie, fijne, klassevolle ring komt van I.Ma.Gi.N Jewels. Ik ontdekte hun winkel in Gent en I was immediately blown away. Ik overdrijf niet wanneer ik zeg dat hun hele collectie top is. Ze hebben echt een eigen stijl waardoor je ze direct kan herkennen. Wat betreft het materiaal, de juweeltjes zijn gemaakt van 925 sterling zilver, natuurlijke stenen en edelmetalen. Ik raad je sterk aan om eens een blik te werpen op hun look book. Last but not least, mijn armband die ik heb gekocht in Guapa zegt 'I love you like crazy' en met deze mooie zin rond ik mijn blogpost af!

Overloaded with fashion x Nails en Fashion Sophie

Overloaded with fashion and Nails en Fashion Sophie are working together! And I must say, we're a fan-tas-tic team ;) You're really talented Sophie, every single time you create something beautiful and unique. So how is this going to work? Every three weeks I'll show you my new nails. Besides that, there will also be some close-ups during shoots.
This time she has worked with 'pigment', it's the rosegold glitter on my nails. Concerning the base colour, it adjusts itself to the colour of your outfit or to the incidence of light. It could be grey, taupe, purple... As you can see, the ring finger is a little bit more special than the others. That's a real trend in the magnificent world of nails! Aren't they beautiful?
